Refund Policy

Every book comes with a simple guarantee: read it, and if it isn’t for you, ask for a refund within 14 days.

The 14-day guarantee

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, email me within 14 days of your order and I will refund it in full. No form to fill out and no explanation needed. These are digital files, so there is nothing to send back — you keep them either way.

How to request one

Send a message from the Contact page, or reply directly to your order confirmation email, with your order number and the email address you used to buy. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

After the 14-day window

Requests made after 14 days from the purchase date are handled case by case, so reach out and I will see what I can do.

Trouble downloading is not the same as a refund

If a download link is not working or you cannot find your files, that is a quick fix, not a refund. Contact me and I will get the files to you directly.

Payments

Purchases are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. I never see or store your card details.
